Dilara Findikoglu offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all couture tags attached. Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, items that are worn, altered, or missing security seals will not be accepted.
Request Authorization
Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the unworn garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring the invoice and RMA form are included inside the box.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio verifies the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping and duties.
